Registered Agent Service Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best service possible and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your order. Please review our refund policy below for cancellations before purchasing our service:
· Partial Refund (10% Discount Deduction): If no Registered Agent information has been provided and a refund is requested within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue a refund minus a 10% processing fee.
· No Refunds: Once the name and address of the Registered Agent have been provided by us, no refunds will be issued, regardless of timing. We have a duty and responsibility to accept and forward legal documents and SOP. Please review our Registered Agent Renewal Notice for second and subsequent years.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Registered Agent Renewal Notice:
Registered Agent services are billed annually, unless a longer subscription term has been agreed upon. Renewal notices are sent electronically to the email address on record, with secure online payment options available. We typically issue renewal notices 90 days prior to the invoice due date.
In most jurisdictions, the appointment and ongoing maintenance of a registered agent is a legal requirement. As long as our local office remains listed in public records, we are considered the acting Registered Agent and are providing service.
To cancel Registered Agent service before the invoice due date, you must provide evidence of one of the following: (a) a change of registered agent has been filed with the state to an alternate Registered Agent; (b) your business has been formally dissolved or withdrawn; or (c) our information is no longer listed on the public record for any reason.
If cancellation is requested after the invoice due date, our information must have already been removed from public records. You may also be responsible for any outstanding invoices and applicable late fees.
